Enquiry drafts
Public enquiry forms run in your browser. Completing or reviewing a form does not create an account, send a message or add a public record. Drafts are held in page memory and clear when you reload. The download button creates a file on your device. Email opens your chosen mail application and is sent only through that application. Do not include identity documents, health information or confidential learner records.

Document tools
Staff document tools can save draft data in browser storage and support local file import, export and print. Use an authorised device, review saved records and clear them after work on a shared machine. A browser draft is not a central issued-record database.

Images, fonts and analytics
Public pages use locally packaged photos and fonts. No analytics, advertising tracker, payment service or mailing-list subscription is configured in these pages. Hosting providers may record access logs when the site is deployed; the operator must publish the actual retention and contact arrangements.

Before the service launches
The owner needs to identify the data controller, operational contact, retention periods, processors and any applicable requests procedure. A connected service must be described here before collecting submissions through it.

Applications and service availability
Course application and counselling tools prepare private, unsent drafts. No admission application, account, database record, payment, automated email or student login is created. The monitored admissions contact and WhatsApp number are pending confirmation. Public student portfolios and testimonials require separate verification and permission.
LEARNING NOTE / 06
Policy approval and contact details
Operating legal entity, correspondence address, monitored privacy contact, retention details, effective date and final policy approval are pending. These pages describe the current static tools; they are not final enrolment or refund terms. Read the draft Course / Admission Rules before making an enrolment decision.
